BP# 8 Going Green

I have  read some websites that provide me way how to green the  enviroment. Now,  Human contribution and efforts can prevent and control this global warming and  pollution  even deforestation should be stopped. Then, we can  use as little as possible to encourge and start taking care of  our planet.
I think that is impotant to take care our enviroment  because as humans do not realize that one day resouces of planet is going to disappear. We have to keep in mind that to green is our daily life. For example, There are some thing that helpe to grean such as unplug the electodomestic  are not using, turn off the light before living, and others things. Hence, many people are taking actions  to do it and pass it on to future generations. The work that we are doing now, for our children  will be a good life, they can enjoy like us of our planet.

BP#6 Mini essay on Hela and Informed consent

Developing of medicine is an important cure for human being and for research   is their aims that impulse them to find the vaccine to stop and cure future deceases. Obviously, to make it possible, they make experiments over and over using humans or other kind of methods to discover the causes of new illnesses.

Hela’s cells were the most important discoveries of modern medicine.  Behind of this discovering was a woman called Henrietta Lacks, who had cervix cancer; she was being treated   for cancer at   Johns Hopkins Hospital. However, her cells were taking without her consent by research because those cells were immortal and help to cure certain virus that developing at that time. After, Henrietta died; No one of her family figure out that one part of her was still alive and the research kept on secret until after that some research discovered that Hela’s cells were contaminating cell culture. Thus, Research needed to draw blood of Henrietta’s whole family even though they were use in research without consent, Research just said that they need to test them to see if they might have cancer.

Sometimes, there are situations that people have to assume the worth of their life, but it is not acceptable that people abuse others without giving some information what is happening in reality as happened to the Henrietta’s family. Nowadays, the situation is different the doctor to make any kind of practice or experiment need the sight of patient to allow them to do something.

According to the article'"Soda Tax"  the consumption of soda on humans is high and this adversely affects health because of the high amount of sugar ,it has. Without doubt, the soda has no  any health  benefit on humans.
Soda is everywhere and we can not deny that excess soda consumption is harmful. Some think the tax increase in soda can decrease and prevent future disease. On the other hand, it is not  unique that harm people even technology affects humans to be sedentary and without movement, which has caused an increase in obesity and other diagnostic information about this is the way of eating and drinking influence  on human diseases. However,This is a good start for people to dismiss the obesity.

BP#3 America History in the 1940 - 1950

The NAACP's principal objective is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of minority group citizens of United States and eliminate race prejudice. The NAACP seeks to remove all barriers of racial discrimination through the democratic processes.

he economic history of the United States has its roots in European colonization in the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries. Marginal colonial economies grew into 13 small, independent farming economies, which joined together in 1776 to form the United States of America. In 230 years the United States grew to a huge, integrated, industrialized economy that makes up nearly a quarter of the world economy. The main causes were a large unified market, a supportive political-legal system, vast areas of highly productive farmlands, vast natural resources (especially timber, coal, iron, and oil), and an entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to investing in material and human capital. The economy has maintained high wages, attracting immigrants by the millions from all over the world. Technological and industrial factors played a major role.

Civil rights organizations

King speaking at the 1963 DC Civil Rights March
Although they had white supporters and sympathizers, the modern civil rights movement was designed, led, organized, and manned by African Americans, who placed themselves and their families on the front lines in the struggle for freedom. Their heroism was brought home to every American through newspaper, and later, television reports as their peaceful marches and demonstrations were violently attacked by law enforcement. Officers used batons, bullwhips, fire hoses, police dogs, and mass arrests to intimidate the protesters. The second characteristic of the movement is that it was not monolithic, led by one or two men. Rather it was a dispersed, grass-roots campaign that attacked segregation in many different places using many different tactics. While some groups and individuals within the civil rights movement—such as Malcolm X—advocated Black Power, black separatism, or even armed resistance, the majority of participants remained committed to the principles of nonviolence, a deliberate decision by an oppressed minority to abstain from violence for political gain. Using nonviolent strategies, civil rights activists took advantage of emerging national network-news reporting, especially television, to capture national attention.[47]

Bp#2 Taking advantage

People take advantage to increase in some situations like in jobs, schools or in other activities . Those are interested in making friends to take advantage of something and want to be friendly with them.
Taking advantage of someone is common among people. This kind of situation happened me when i was in school. There was a genius girl in our class and for my group of friends , it was a great idea to make us friend of her to get better grades. Obviously, she would help us to do the tasks of school. We decided invite her to a party but she refused to go. Next time, another a idea came to our mind to make her birthday ,it made her happy and she joined with us.

To take advantage of someone is not appropriate, that person can feel betray and never trust in other.it would not like if someone wants to be friendly with us for some reason.
